Ja som det nok var ret klart for jer, så blev Burberry Prorsum AW11 livestreamet i går på bloggen, og jeg må sige at jeg er dybt imponeret, det er dog nok ikke en overraskelse siden at jeg hver sæson er helt oppe at køre over netop Christopher Bailey’s håndværk . Kollektionen denne gang er som sagt ikke en undtagelse, med de flotte farver, og lækre nytænkninger af den klassiske trenchcoat . Kollektionen i sig selv indeholdt massere af mink og massere af jakker, og ikke nok med det blev kollektionen sluttet flot af med en masse hvide looks, noget der er bragt videre fra SS11-kollektionerne der satte gang i trenden vi skal se meget mere af senere . De klare farver som jakkerne bestod af er samtidigt ikke en overraskelse da disse også er en enorm trend her sommeren over . Sidst men ikke mindst vil jeg allerede nu, kunne fornemme at vi til efteråret kigger imod trends som cropped jakker, og en af dem jeg tror bliver størst bliver hvid og sort i meleret mønster og meleret pels i sort og hvid!
Well as it’s probably clear for all of you, the Burberry Prorsum AW11 collection was livestreamed here on the blog yesterday, and I must admit that I’m deeply impressed with the collection, which probably isn’t a surprise, since i each and every season keep loving Christopher Bailey’s tailoring . This collection is no exception with the bold colours and hot newthinkings of the original trench, the symbol of Burberry . The collection itself had a lot of mink and coats with amazing detailing, and as if the mink-detailed coats, and the colorblocking pieces wasn’t enough, the colloection was rounded op with an aray of white pieces that almost combined the rainbow palet into a light, as if the light had been broken down and lastly collocted again and brought to an entire new level of tailored exquisiteness . Last but not least I feel that we, towards fall, will find that the black and white Holstein-esque pattern will be a huge winner for both fabric and fur this fall!
